Non-Equity Auditions
Presented by the Baltimore Small Stage Coalition
Youth Performers
Whenever possible, performers under the age of 18 are grouped together to audition. All auditioners in the "Under 18" timeslot are required to perform with material that is appropriate for all ages.
It is preferable that youth auditioners register for the times designated for them specifically.
Adult auditioners should not register with the link below, and may be rescheduled if they do so in error.

A musical accompanist will be available during this timeslot.

​​Adult caregivers are welcome to wait for children in the lobby or accompany them to the greenroom as preferred.

Please note that the materials you submit will be added to our database and made available to participating companies.
Each performer will have a total of two minutes
for their audition. You may choose to fill this time with monologue, music, or both.
Musical Auditions​

Sheet music must be provided in your key with 24 bar selection indicated

May prepare a song and monologue

You may perform a singing audition when the accompanist is not present but will be expected to perform acapella
Non-musical Auditions

Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to submit your resume and headshot electronically.

Registration will open in spring of 2026. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows, but all walk-ins must arrive at least one hour before the scheduled end of the event to have a chance to audition. You may still sing a capella as part of your two-minute audition time as a walk-in.

Please note: This event is hosted by a community coalition comprising organizations focused around varied values, genres, and practices. This event is meant to be open to all by design. Participants should make their own educated judgements regarding the organizations and individuals with whom they wish to work.
