Non-Equity Auditions

Presented by the Baltimore Small Stage Coalition

Saturday, June 1, 2024: 10am - 4pm
Sunday, June 2, 2024: 4pm - 7pm

Join us for regional auditions supporting the
local non-equity theater community.

Auditors 

Theater companies can register to send up to four representatives to all or part of the two-day event for $50.
Individual directors may join for a fee of $25. 
Registration fee includes year-round access to digital database of participating auditioners.

**ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR AUDITORS AND AUDITIONERS CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON THURS. 5/30**
Auditors who wish to attend but who have not registered should inquire at the check-in desk
and be prepared to pay the registration fee onsite.
 

Performers

There is no charge for performers to audition.

Please note that the materials you submit will be added to our database and made available to participating companies.

Each performer will have a total of two minutes
for their audition. You may choose to fill this time with monologue or music

Musical Auditions
  • Accompanist provided Saturday 10am - 11:30am, Sunday 4pm - 4:30pm. 
  • Sheet music must be provided in your key with 24 bar selection indicated
  • May prepare a song and monologue
  • You may perform a singing audition when the accompanist is not present but will be expected to perform acapella

Non-musical Auditions
  • Prepare one or two monologues

Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to submit your resume and headshot electronically.

Walk-in auditioners will be seen first come first served as time allows.
 

Please note: This event is hosted by a community coalition comprising organizations focused around varied values, genres, and practices. This event is meant to be open to all by design. Participants should make their own educated judgements regarding the organizations and individuals with whom they wish to work.
